Hida 24 Bnei Brak
Call 03-5777001, on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday at EXACTLY 11.00am (lines are open for about 15 minutes). A computerized phone system will receive the first 50 calls. You must leave a message according to the instructions on the system. Rabbi Firer will call you back the same day.
It is not possible to bypass this system, and therefore, even for urgent cases, this is the way to establish telephone contact with him.
Since many people are calling in on this number, it is recommended to continually redial the number, from numerous telephones, until a connection is made.
For your information: In order to obtain the maximum benefit from this process, please send the relevant medical summary to fax 03-6161177.
Please note that Rabbi Firer does not review incoming faxes!!
Only after making a definite arrangement to speak with him, he will review the fax whilst speaking with the caller.
To make an urgent meeting with Rabbi Firer:
On Motzei Shabbat, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 22.30 call 052-7650750 as the line is open for the first 10 callers. These 10 people will get an appointment with Rabbi Firer for the following day at 6.30 a.m. at the Ezra LeMarpeh offices, located at 24 Chida Street (corner 1 Arieh Reich Street) in Bnei Brak. (Again, there will be many people that will try to get through on this number, so it is recommended to constantly redial and even use a few different phones at the same time). These meetings are for men only and are only very brief – suitable for short questions.
To make a regular meeting with Rabbi Firer

Thirty years of activity
Under the Ezra Lemarpeh ambulance system, the ambulance drivers are prepared to extend help and assistance to the residents of the South during the entire year and particularly during these days, when the residents of the South are undergoing difficult times during the Pillar of Defense operation.
On the patients’ path towards recovery, there is more than one intersection, and it would seem that I stand at the other intersection, the one that the Israeli medical community passes over, usually without knowing of its existence.
